we are ok with 30% TT in advance,but the balance shall be payable before goods delivery.If we are in charge of ship order,70% balance paid against BL copy is acceptable.please kindly understand that we have to follow our company regulations just as you do.we 've already cut the price a lot so as to make this business possible and promised you no raise in price within 6 months,so maybe it's you turn to show your sincerity to make this business.

A 30% payment advance is ok, but the balance should be paid before delivery. We can accept a 70% payment at the sight of the BL copy if we decide the shipment cargo. You have to obey your rules and we have ours. We have make great effort on price to reach the agreement,proimsing not to raise price within 6 months dated from the receipt of the advance payment. Why don't you make some compromise.
