Stress is an inescapable part of modern life. That's the bad news. The good news is that stress isn't altogether bad news. In metered doses, it can be helpful...it can even make you better at what you do, and help give you the competitive edge. It's the major-league, non-stop, never-let-up stress you have to watch out for. Because, man, it can kill you.
Major causes of stress include illness, job changes, moving, separations and divorces, deaths in the family, and financial difficulties. But even joyous events, like marriage, the arrival of a baby, or entertaining guests, can be stressful.
To master stress, you must first clearly identify the situations in life that make you stressed and tense (your stressors). To identify these stressors, become more aware of your body in different situations。The following is the what we can do to overcome the stress:
Deep breathing
Stretching
Exercise
Clearing your mind
Progressive muscle relaxation
Use these simple relaxation techniques to slow down, relax, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
Much stress is the product of faulty expectations. When you can't live up to your own expectations for yourself -- or the expectations of others -- it causes stress, tension, and pressure. 1 Why English Is So Important?
Obviously, English is very important these days and it's easy to find that English will probably be more important in the next few years.
The reason for I say that is, first of all, English is one of the most useful language nowadays. Over 60 percent of scientific papers are written in English and over 90 percent of websites are written in English.
Secondly, I suppose that English is important is because that America is the largest country in the world and Americans speak English. It's uneasy to admit this but it is true. That is also why american culture spreads so fast.
That is my opinion about why English is so important.
2 Is It Easy to Learn English In China
The answer about whether it is easy to learn English in China depends on how well you'd like to learn and which city you are in. It is easy to be only "can" use English in most Chinese cities, but it will bereally difficult if you want to pronounce as a native speaker. However, if you are in cities like Shanghai, it will be easy to acheive a higher level in English.
On the other hand, it will always be hard if you don't study hard. For your English, never ask for English paragraphs in Baidu. Otherwise, you will never make any progress in English.
