never 是等于not to 从不的意思 所以答案是没有问题的
never give up就是一个经常用的短语啊，书上没有什么问题的！
when it comes to verbs like "advise, suggest", there is NO "to" in the clause!
if you wanna stress the tone you can add "do".
eg. i sincerely suggest you do not give up on him.
