2 Based on the supply chain, Ikea has its own trade-offs. Seen from the supply chain perspective, Ikea has its own product design, production, delivery, sales and after-sales service. Ikea doesn't adopt the management mode of " integration of production, processing and sales" , instead, it focus on product design and sales,which are the most profitable sections.
