沉淀至斜壁上的污泥沿着斜壁滑回厌氧反应区内,使反应区内积累大量的污泥,与污泥分离后的处理出水从沉淀区溢流堰上部溢出,然后排出污泥床.
废水经沉降罐后自流进入UASB反应罐,由于原水温度经前处理单元后有所降低,故此系统设计成中温厌氧罐.
设计容积负荷为6.8kgCOD/m3.d,罐内上升流速为5m/h.
UASB反应罐可以产生大量的沼气,与厌氧发酵罐中产生的沼气一并收集后进行综合利用.
