随着我国经济的发展,服务行业已经成为我国的主导产业,餐饮企业从业人员的队伍也日益发展壮大.新一代劳动力就业预期和维权意识都有所提高,除工资薪酬外,更加注重对职业前景的选择,人才呈多元化发展趋势.由此对餐饮企业的人力资源管理提出了更高的要求,做好餐饮业从业人员的人力资源管理在餐饮业管理经营中显得尤为重要.
然而,在实际工作中餐饮业从业人员的人力资源管理还存在着一些问题,为了解决餐饮业人力资源的实际问题,提高餐饮业从业人员人力资源管理水平,促进餐饮行业的持续健康发展,必须对餐饮业人力资源现状进行研究和分析.本文通过对餐饮业人力资源现状的研究分析而发掘一些餐饮业人力资源存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了一些解决办法以供参考.
