针对人工控制锅炉温度系统误差大、安全性低以及控制过程繁琐等问题,提出应用计算机与MCGS组态软件自动控制锅炉温度的方法解决了控制精度低与安全性的问题。利用MCGS工程组态软件良好的人机界面、数据采集功能,结合脚本程序编写的便利性,采用转换模块RS485/232接口建立MCGS上位机和锅炉内胆之间的数据通讯。利用MCGS良好的控制界面及模拟运行环境,运用脚本语言编写程序,采取PID算法实现对锅炉内胆水温的精确控制。实际运行结果表明,此方法使用简单可靠,可广泛应用于工业生产过程中的温度控制问题。此系统同样可以满足工厂对温度控制系统的需求,有着相当可观的应用前景。

Show Abstract] microcomputer technology has and will continue change the world, in order to the microcomputer technology-based programmable foreword controller (PLC) is also changing face factory automation. Accompanied by development of the times, in the 21st century a new field of industrial control, PLC automation technology has become core application technology related sectors, for a wide variety automation equipment to provide a very reliable control applications that can in various fields to adapt to the different customer requirements .
This paper designed based S7-300 and configuration software WINCC dual - tank water level cascade control system. The use of WINCC friendly HMI, data acquisition capabilities, combined with the convenience of STEP 7 programming environment and in the software the PID control function blocks to implement control algorithms as well as programming and the hardware configuration, and then using the MPI Interface In THSA1 reliable experiment device establish WINCC and S7-300, two-capacity data communication between the tank and ultimately achieve precise control of water level. The practical result shows that this method is simple and reliable to use, can be widely used in industrial production process level control problem.
