11.LAYTIME:
A) The notice of readiness shall be tendered at any time when vessel arrives at each loading and discharging port,wibon,wipon,wpfon,wccon subject to vessel is ready to load/unload in every respects.
B) Laytime to comence at 1300 if nor to be tende before 1200(include 1200),if nor tender after 1200 time,laytime should commence at 0800 next day.
Unless loading/discharjing is sooner commenced,in which case actual time usded shall be counted as laytime,laytime shallbe non-reversible at both ends.
C) Before loading vessel’s holds shall be properly swept/cleaned,dried before notice of readiness can be tendered at loading port and suitable for loading subject cargo under this fixture note.
D)Laytime shall cease upon completion of loading,trimming at loading port and upon completion of discharging at discharging port.
12.Cargo releasing to be against the original bill of lading or charterer’s or receiver’s banking guarantee as per owners’ P and I wordings,in case that original bill of lading is not available at discharging port.
13.Dem/des:demurrage at the rate of US$25,000 per day prorate for all time lost,and despatch money at the rate of US$125000.00 per day prorata for laytime saved at both loading and discharging port.

15.Charterer guarantee that cargo and the documents must be ready for loading before vessel’s arrival and commence loading within 48 hours vessel arrival loading port,if not commence loading within 48 hours of vessel arrival due to cargo/doc not ready,charterer should pay detention USD 28000/day every day in advance.
Otherwish owner has right to withdraw the vessel only with an notice by telex or fax and ask compensation from charterer.
Or with the deposit earned,if lay day runs out,vessel enters demurrage,charterers to pay owners demurrage daily or pro-rata,if failing this,owner has right to withdraw the vessel and ask compensation from charterer.
