本系统的主要功能是通过对语音信号进行压缩,以实现高效率数字录音,可用于电话留言,语声应答等场合.采用磁带录音实现电话留言,虽然录音的时间较长,但不便于查找和保存.数字录音可以克服磁带录音的缺点,不仅查找速度快,而且对录音信息进行编辑整理也非常方便,更为方便的是数字录音信息可以转存在计算机硬盘或光盘上以便长期保存.但是数字录音的缺点是要实现长时间录音需要很大的存储空间,本系统使用了TRL8019以太网和MC14LC5480语音处理芯片通过DSP进行处理.

Our system's main functions are to compress the sound signals so as to achieve efficent digital recording. It can be applied in telephone message,voice response and etc. Though the time is longer when using tape recording, it is unconvenient to look up and save. Digital recording can overcome these defects. It not only looks up rapidly and also convenient to edit the recorded informations. What is more convenient is that the digital recorded informations can be stored in computer hard disk and CD for longer preservation. But,the defect is that it need much room for long time recording. Our system applied TRL8019 Ethernet and MC14LC5480 voice Processing Chip through DSP to process.

The primary function of the system is through the voice signal compression, in order to achieve high efficiency digital recording which can be used for telephone voice mail, Voice response, and so on. Achieve a tape recording telephone message, although a longer recording time, but it fails to find and preserve. Digital audio tape recording can overcome the shortcomings, not only by speed, but also for recording information edited conveniently, more convenient digital recording information can be transferred there on the computer's hard drive or CD-ROM for long-term preservation.
