昨天电脑坏了拿去修所以没有上来，
是2010年的事情，所以才会有租金的发票和银行开出的账单。我看见下面推荐答案有用"will"，隐约记得will，will be好像是将来式？有知道的请帮我解释一下以免出错。

The storefront has been rent out since 16 November.Herein the invoice of the rent as well as the bank account bill are enclosed,please make sure you have received them.

My wife and I bought a storefront( address). After the store was delivered to us on Aug.31st,we started to decorate the house from Sept.1st. It was estimated the decoration would be finished on Nov.15th. Then the house would be for rent from Nov.16th. Here please refer to the attached invoice of the rent and bank's bill for your information.
