Managers work in a dynamic environment and must anticipate and adapt to challenges.The job of every manager involves what is known as the functions of management:planning,organising,directing,and controlling.These functions are goal-directed,interrelated and interdependent.
Planning involves devising a systematic process for attaining the goals of the organisation.It prepares the organisation for the future.Organising involves arranging the necessary resources to carry out the plan.It is the process of creating structure,establishing relationships,and allocating resources to accomplish the goals of the organisation.Directing involves the guiding,leading,and overseeing of the whole team.

Not everyone can be a great manager, although he may have received more education. As some vocations, to be a manager needs genius. So, the first, we should find the genius. They will be interested in managing, they can find that they need more education and learn more knowledge quickly.

And then, they should learn more theories from school. More they learn from books, less they make mistakes in the future. They will learn economy theory systematically. To all kinds of other theories，they only need to know little. When they leave school, they will be jack-of-all-traders.

They will go to the society. They will meet all kinds of things that maybe not appear in book. In this section, you will find the difference between the genius and the common. They can solve the problem in their ways. They can learn more that can’t be learned from school.

Finally, we should provide more chances to them. If you only let them to be a worker, a farmer, or other kinds of people, you are wasting the source. Let them to be a manager, you should get more. Given a chance, they will return a wonder to you.
