本文主要针对聚丙烯(PP)作为通用塑料应用存在脆性差的问题,采用无机纳米粒子BaSO4对PP进行增强增韧改性,以期待制出具有良好韧性的PP材料.通过熔融共混、挤出造粒、压制片材、冲切试样,测定试样力学性能和流变性能,研究不同含量的BaSO4对复合材料的性能的影响.借助熔体流动速率仪(MFR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、DSC-TGA等现代测试手段考察了PP/BaSO4复合材料的熔体黏度、拉伸性能、冲击强度以及微观形貌.结果表明:采用水冷方式可以显著提高复合材料制品的尺寸稳定性,大幅降低PP的结晶度,提高材料的强度和韧性;熔融指数测试表明,随着BaSO4含量的增加,PP/BaSO4加工和成型温度要低于PP的熔融温度.SEM观察发现,BaSO4在PP基体中具有良好的分散性,且与PP之间具有较好的界面结合;力学性能测试表明,随BaSO4含量的增加复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度先增加后降低.热重分析表明PP/BaSO4复合材料的起始分解温度随着BaSO4含量的增加而降低.随着BaSO4含量的增加,PP/BaSO4复合材料的试样失重率呈现出逐渐减小的趋势.通过几组实验得出:当BaSO4含量为5%时,可以获得综合性能较好的PP/ BaSO4复合材料.

In this paper,polypropylene (PP) as a general plastics brittle difference problem,using inorganic nanoparticles BaSO4 strengthening and toughening modification of PP,in order to produce good toughness of PP material.By melt blending,extrusion,pressing,punching sheet specimen,determination of properties and rheological properties of samples mechanics,affect the performance of different content of BaSO4 on composite material.With the help of melt flow rate instrument (MFR),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),modern testing means such as DSC-TGA of PP/BaSO4 composite melt viscosity,tensile strength,impact strength and morphology.The results show that:adopting the water cooling method can significantly improve the dimensional stability of the composite products,greatly reduced the crystallinity of PP,improve the strength and toughness of a material; melt index test shows that,with the increase of BaSO4 content,PP/BaSO4 processing and molding temperature lower than the melting temperature of PP.SEM observation showed that,BaSO4 has good dispersion in the PP matrix,has good interface and PP; mechanical property testing shows that,with the increase of BaSO4 content the tensile strength and impact strength of the composite increased first and then decreased.Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the initial decomposition temperature of PP/BaSO4 composites decreased with increasing the BaSO4 content.With the increase of BaSO4 content,the PP/BaSO4 composite specimens weight loss rate showed a gradually decreasing trend.Obtained by several groups of experiment:when the content of BaSO4 is 5%,you can get PP/ BaSO4 composite material with good comprehensive properties.

This article mainly for polypropylene (PP) as a general purpose plastics application has the problem of brittleness is poor, BaSO4 using inorganic nanoparticles to enhance toughening modification of PP, to look forward to make good the toughness of PP material. By melt blending and extrusion granulation, pressing sheet, punching samples, determination of mechanical properties and rheological properties of the different levels of BaSO4 on the properties of composite materials. By means of melt flow rate (MFR), scanning electron microscope (SEM), DSC, TGA, modern test methods such as inspected the melt viscosity of PP/BaSO4 composites, the tensile properties, impact strength and microstructure. The results show that the water can significantly improve the dimensional stability of composite material products, greatly reduce the crystallinity of PP, improve the strength and toughness of materials; Melt index tests show that with the increase of the content of BaSO4 PP/BaSO4 processing and molding temperature is lower than PP melt temperature. SEM observation, BaSO4 have good dispersion in PP matrix, and has good interface bonding between PP; Mechanics performance test show that with the increase of the content of BaSO4 composites tensile strength and impact strength increase first after reduction. Thermogravimetric analysis shows that the initial decomposition temperature of PP/BaSO4 composites increased with the increase of BaSO4 contents decreased. Along with the increase of the content of BaSO4 specimen weightlessness rate of PP/BaSO4 composites present a gradually decreasing trend.
