这是一个固定用法,have sth done 就是使某物成一种...的状态
比如 have the house painted 意思就是让别人来刷墙,因为paint 和wall 之间是动宾的关系
比如 have my bicycle repaired 意思是使我的自行车被修理其实就是说修我的自行车
have + sth （宾语）+ 过去分词意为“让 / 叫 / 使 / 请别人做某事”.说明sth 与过去分词表示的动作之间是被动关系.例如：
We had the machine mended just now.　我们刚才请人把机器修好了.

这是短语 have sth. done 让别人修，宾语是某物，后面跟过去分词做宾补。而不是跟谓语动词。

have sth repaired本身就已经表达了被动的修理的意思，be repaired用了意思就重复了

have...+过去分词是固定形式，表示让某人做某事。比如我明天去理发。就要用I will have my hair cut tomorrow. 后面要用被动形式，表示让人去做而不是自己去做。再如：I had my computer repaired yesterday. 昨天我去修电脑了。（让人修，用被动）
