蛋炒饭
Stir Fry!:D
1 bowl of cooked rice
3 eggs
Salt,sugar,and cooking oil.
Break 3 eggs into a bowl,stir by hand to ensure it does not foam,add dashes of salt and sugar for taste.Stir until it's an almost equal color of reddish yellow.
Pour 2 spoon full or so of cooking oil into the cooking pot,enough to touch all of the bottom areas to "warm up" the pot.
After the oil has been heated,pour the eggs into the pot,stir with spatula to small pieces until cooked.
Put rice into the pot,mix evenly with egg pieces,add 1-2 teaspoon of soy sauce for coloring,mis evenly until it turns golden-brown.
