My life in Beijing
Beijing is a fine city to me.
Compare to New York, it's not as busy as New York. Beijing has the population
of 1300 million; New York doesn't have that much people as Beijing. New York is
also not as clean as Beijing, too. Walking down there, you can see bottles,
tissues and a lot of garbage everywhere. NYC, however, doesn't have much. You
can visit Beihai Park, Summer Palace, The Forbidden City and so many other good
places. But there aren’t many famous places in New York. Native Beijingers are
very friendly, if you ask them the way, they would tell you patiently.
I think Beijing is a good place to live in and travel.

Compare to New York, it's not as busy as NYC. Beijing has the population of 13 million, New York doesn't have that much people as Beijing. New York is also not as clean as Beijing, too. Walking down there, you can see bottles, tissues and a lot of garbage everywhere. Beijing is also famous for its places of Interest, NYC, however, doesn't have much. You can visit BEIHAI park, Summer Palace, The Forbidden City and so many other good places. Native Beijingers are very friendly, if you ask them the way, the would tell you paciently.

As a native Beijinger(北京原居民), I love Beijing. Not just because it is my hometown but it has been the capital of our country for many different dynasties. Apart from its political importance, it also has so many great inheritance from our ancestors. A beautiful city with so many wonderful places and buildings, which attracts millions of visitors coming to visit every year.

Although Beijing has a huge population, yet it is much tidier and cleaner than many other cities in the world of the same size. It is not as busy as Shanghai and not as dirty as New York. New York has a Central Park, which may be much biger than Beijing's Beihai Park but not as pretty as Beihai Park and the Tiananmen Square is the world's biggest city square (440,000 sq m).

As a result, Beijing is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I love Beijing! If you haven't been visiting it yet, please come to see my hometown soon. You will love it as much as I do!

Beijing is a big and beautiful city. It’s the capital of our country.
It is as convenient as New York in subways, but not as convenient as New York in road traffic. It is as rich as Paris in tourist spots, but not as clean as Paris in environment. It is as populated as Shanghai in population, but not as warm as Shanghai in climate. It is as busy as Tokyo in the lifestyle, but is not as crowed as in space.
If you come to Beijing for a tour, it is better to come between May and October because the weather is not as cold as in winter and most of the tourist spots are more beautiful. When you are in Beijing, it is advisable to use the public transportation means as much as possible because it is cheap and convenient, and more environmentally friendly.
