be followed during the drilling,to allow for successfully placing the completion
BHA on target depth.The following are guidelines and points that need to be
communicated with Smith International,Inc.during the drilling operation.

• Provide da ily reports that include the encounter of tight spots.This will be
discussed with Smith International,Inc before any completion BHA is run
into the open hole.
• A description of any BHA equipment that had dif fi culty passing any tight spots
and explanation:pumping,rotating,setting weight down on the work string,
or any combination of techniques used.
•Discussany concerns about washed out areas,possible key seats and
provide information if any lost circulation material was used while drilling
the open hole section.
•Makeup the reaming assembly to insure that the open hole clear of any
tight spots.
