5.certificate of origin of goods in duplicate issued by chamber of commerce and /or any similar trade association of the exporting country is required
6.one set of non-negotiable shipping documents consisting of invoice ,packing list ,bill of lading ,certificate of origin to be sent to the applicant directly by courier service immediately after shipment ,courier receipt thereof should be attached for negotiation
7.detailed packing list required in 6 copies
8.shipment to be made by any regular ocean vessel
9.country of origin must be mentioned/embosed/printed on each export standard packages
10.invoice to be drawn on cfr basis beneficiary must certify on the invoice that goods shipped are strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of beneficiary’s proforma invoice no afol-120109-4 dated 13.01.1012 and all terms and conditions thereof have been complied with
11.Importers name address must be mentioned on the packages/cover/wooden box/carton/crate of shipment by irremoval ink.Beneficiarie’s compliance a certificate of this effect must accompany with the shipment documents.
