Learn from others
It's a very normal situation that we laugh at other's stupid activitis and always believe that we are the best.It seems to be a traditional attitude of our people since ancient China when we pronouced that our country is the country in heaven.But this attidute is proved to be very dangerous by history.The invention was learned by the western countries and they made guns and canons to break the gate of our country.
Practice and history warn us that we should learn from others.Everyone has adventages.Long ago Confucius had said a famours sentence that there will be my teacher in a group of three persons.Learning from others we can acknowlege of our shortage,confront it and even make it up so that we can become a more perfect and elegate person.
To learn from others we can save our money time and energy to find the right way to sucess .We share our experience to others so that the whole nation will be more powerful and prosprous.

learn from others is always treated as a virtue so long ago. everyone is getting influenced by others unconsciously sometimes. it is considered to be very positive but i am not totally agree with that. i think the most important part in learning from other would be the method to differentiation and state the right from wrong.
in nowdays, youth people love to worship lots of idols and see them as a model to learn from. some of getting good results but others are not. a few of them learned the entire personality, fictitious brilliant and charater bahavior from their dramas or movies. gangsters， heckers and mafia are very "cool" jobs from their point of view. they obssesed with the stimular action performed in some movies and terriblly apply violences in reality. i think this is a very harmful and fool behavior to take both the advantages and disavantages from others without a differentiation.
on another side, learn the best from others are always encouraged. i like to ask questions from others and get what i think is right and a better answer or action. sometimes by learned from others my mind and view get expanded and improved.

therefore learning from others are a very good behavior but before making decision of what to learn, people need to pay attendtion on differentiation of true and false.

Whoever has the advantages, strengths, but also have shortcomings, weaknesses, all need to learn from others with an open mind so that people check to make up their own short, can progress. Very important to learn from others, in many details of life can be found, always have the opportunity to learn. And failed to learn not only missed the opportunity to learn. To learn from others is not a disgrace, a disgrace that they do not understand quite understand it loaded like to ask others disdain.
无论是谁，都有优点、长处，也都有缺点、短处，都需要虚心向别人学习，做到取人之长，补己之短，才会有进步。向别人学习很重要，在很多生活细节中可以发现，时时刻刻都有学习的机会。不是学不到，只是错过了学的机会。向别人学习并不丢脸，丢脸的是自己不明白却装得很懂的样子，不屑于问别人。
