港铁至昨晚仍未公布事件成因,只表示架空电线日常每3日以肉眼检查一次,折断的电线於事发前一日曾进行检查,而每年会以仪器为所有电线进行一次大型检查.
油麻地站跳掣 当局促彻查
运输及房屋局 局长郑汝桦 表示,已要求港铁进行深入及彻底调查,需找出事故成因,包括是外来因素、还是维修保养的问题.运输署 则表示,已要求港铁在3日内提交报告.
事发昨晨7时,列车驶入油麻地站月台期间,车长发现车顶有怪声,驾驶室显示电力系统有问题而跳掣停电,列车驶入油麻地站月台后,安排乘客下车及通知控制中心.其后,大批港铁工程人员赶至,爬上车顶检查,发现月台上一段架空电线断裂,曾有乘客指看到有火花,消防亦在场戒备.
事故导致油麻地与佐敦站之间的列车停驶,其间荃湾至油麻地列车每班4分钟,佐敦过海往中环列车维持6分钟一班,正值上班、上学繁忙时间,估计有数以万计市民受影响,经3小时紧急抢修至早上10时才回复.
港铁派出60部接驳巴士,在油麻地接载乘客往佐敦及尖沙咀 一带,但首班巴士事发后近1小时才开出,不少乘客上车期间争先恐后,情况混乱.
工程师:疑过热或异物钩断
港铁车务主管蔡德赞就事件向受影响市民道歉,并指电线折断情况罕见,但承认类似故障过往曾发生,他强调港铁有定期检查电缆,并会深入调查成因,事后港铁已第一时间通知接驳巴士营运商,但调配需时.
港铁发言人指出,折断的电线位於列车较前端,作用是供电予架空电缆,使用寿命可长达数十年,至昨晚未知电线是否是约30年前通车使用至今,暂时亦未知电线折断位置,是否接近集电弓(列车从电缆取电装置).
工程师学会前会长梁广灏指,折断的电线为实心铜线,直径或有数毫米粗,折断原因可能有二:突然有强大电流流过引致电线过热变软而折断;又或电线被集电弓或其他异物勾断.
立法会交通事务委员会委员黄成智批评,港铁近年发生多宗大型故障,质疑铁路系统是否老化或保养欠佳,要求港铁全面检查系统,并公开交代事故原因.他又促请政府设立铁路事故记分制,每次故障按不同程度记分,记满一定分数可惩罚港铁.
