浅析混凝土养护 目前,国内混凝土养护的方法很多,如自然养护、满水法养护、蒸汽养护、箱梁蒸汽养护、养生液养护等,自然养护方法比较普遍采用.但有些施工单位比较忽视混凝土的养护,洒水、覆盖养护不能按规范要求及期限适时进行,且养护质量难以控制与管理,还有养护的温度和时间,根本达不到自然养护要求的标准,不仅影响混凝土早期强度的增长,更重要的是由于混凝土表面水分急剧蒸发失散,造成混凝土表面干缩、龟裂、起毛,严重影响混凝土整体质量以及其他性能的发挥.为了使新浇混凝土及其外露面保持适当湿度,使混凝土具有良好的硬化条件,经反复试验,生产了混凝土养护剂.鉴定与工程应用表明,养护剂养护方法能够保证混凝土体水化反应,真正达到养护标准,较国内目前普遍采用的自然养护方法更具优越性.
