本文先对超市的定义、起源和分类进行了介绍.然后对国内外连锁超市在我国的发展状况进行了描述,同时指出了我国大型连锁超市的战略问题.接着以我国典型大型连锁超市——联华超市为例,运用SWOT分析法来进行发展战略分析.最后,基于前文对联华超市的SWOT分析,进行联华超市的发展战略设计.
