作为消费者 我想我有权利维护我的合法利益 而且我想我提出的要求并不过分 这是商场应付的责任 我希望您能给我一个满意的答复 同时也希望您能教导您的员工 让他们的服务态度更好一些

I got home only to find that the television useless.So I returned to the shopping hall to negotiate with the clerks there in hope of getting a change.The result turned out to be very unsatisfactory.The clerk didn't show good manners and would not comply with my demand.As a consumer,I take it for granted that I have the right to safeguard my legal rights.Besides my requirement was not unreasonable,which was supposed to be their responsibility.I hope that you can give me a satisfactory reply.And at the same time I hope that you can manage your working staff to serve your clients with a better attitude.

When I returned home only to find the televion didn't work. So I returned to the shopping mall to discuss with the sales hoping he can exchange a good one. But the result disappointed me. The servcie of the sales was really bad and he didn't agreed to exchange the blooey television.
As a consumer, I think I am authorized to claim my legal right, besides, my demand is not excessive while within responsibilities of the shopping mall. I do hope you can give me a satisfactory reply, in the meanwhile, train your staff members to offer proper service.

After back home, I found the TV doesn't work then I went back to the store and shop assistant bargaining hope he can help me to change a good TV but negotiations I wasn't happy with the result of the s bad attitude and don't agree with me to replace the new television as a consumer I think I have the right to maintain the legitimate interests of the I and I think my request is not too much it's stores to cope with the responsibility of the I hope you can give me a satisfactory answer at the same time also hope you can teach your staff to make their service attitude is better

When I brought the tv set back home, I found there is not any picture when it worked. Then I went back to the salesman,hoping to fix the problem. Although I told this problem to him , I didn’t get a good solution which i expected:he served me in a very impolite way,and refused to exchange another new one for me.As a customer, I need defend my own legal rights and interests, what's more, what i claimed is not too much--it is just the responsibility for the shop.So I want to have a happy solution, and also for the salesman, I think you should give him a lesson about how to serve with a good manner.
