句子1是强调现在的状态,相对于过去的变化
句子2抢点的是一个既成的,相对恒定的事实
还不明白可以看看百科的各个时态的定义

我觉得也应该都是现在完成时
但是也不排除第二句是很口语的说法 囧rz

一、所用句型问题
1. 表示“已经”，通常用于肯定句，不用于否定句或疑问句(此时要用 yet)。如：
