电镀工业废水的治理在世界范围内倍受重视,各国也不断研制出多种消除和减少排放物的技术.而膜在清洁生产和环境保护方面的应用,表现出分离效率高、无相变、能耗低、通量大、能回收有用物质等突出优点,所以本实验采用膜分离技术处理含铜电镀废水(焦磷酸铜),实验通过在不同的浓淡比下,测试纳滤膜和反渗透膜的分离性能和最佳运行条件,得出纳滤膜在浓淡比为1.8时分离效果最好,而反渗透膜在浓淡比为2.53时分离效果最好.在最佳运行条件下,纳滤膜能将焦磷酸铜漂洗水分离浓缩到近14倍,反渗透膜能将一桶塑料桶溶液中的电解质浓缩到3倍,而处理过后出水从铜离子含量、电导率、pH值和COD上均能达到终水回用的标准.

But the membrane in the clean production and the environmental protection aspect's application, displays the separation efficiency high, not to have changes, the energy consumption is low, the flux big, can recycle the useful material and so on prominent merit, therefore this experiment uses membrane separation technology processing including the copper galvanization waste water (pyrophosphoric acid copper), tests through in the different shade compared to, the test accepts the filter diaphragm and the counter-seepage membrane separation performance and the best operating condition, results in the teller filter diaphragm when the shade is 1.8 separates the effect to be better than, but the counter-seepage membrane in the shade is time 2.53 separates the effect to be better. Under the best operating condition, accepts the filter diaphragm to be able to concentrate the pyrophosphoric acid copper rinse moisture content to nearly 14 times, the counter-seepage membrane can model a barrel in the feeding trough solution the electrolyte to concentrate to 3 times, but will process from now on the water leakage from the cupric ion content, the conductivity, the pH value and COD can achieve finally the water sales commission standard.
