Why are pop songs So Popular Among Teenagers
In China,if you hear a group of teenagers talking about the pop songsand have no ideas about what it is,you will definitely be stared at like an alien.Why is it so popular,especially among teenagers?
First of all,it’s a totally new form of show in China.Although it is said to be inspired by the US show "American Idol",it had never emerged in China mainland before.
Teenagers love and are ready to try interesting new things.Then when pop songs first appear in China,it gains giant success with great charm teenagers can hardly resist.
Pop music is popular for the same reason that McDonald's hamburgers are popular
"if I could eliminate all genres of music except metal I would so do it"
Meanwhile,this is a ridiculous statement,consider that music has existed for thousands of years,from your perspective,all music in the history of man has been terrible up until the last 40 years that heavy metal has existed,and heavy metal borrows heavily from those other genres,that's how it has managed to stay interesting for so long,go lobotomize yourself,because you need a good excuse to make such dumb statements.
