润滑油的选用
The choices of the lube (lubricats):
减速机在投入运行前必须加入适当粘度的润滑油,须使齿轮间摩擦减小,遇高负荷及冲击负荷时,减速机才能充分发挥其机能.
The lube with proper viscosity is necessary before reduction gears is put into operation,reduction gears can give full play to its funtion when making gears less friction,meeting high load and shocking load.
首次使用200小时左右,必须将润滑油放掉,冲洗干净,然后重新加入新的润滑油至油标中心,油位过高或过低都可能导致运转温度升高.
It is necessary to drain off the lube after it is used about 200 hours for the first use,then fill lube to a height of middle of oil leveler after it is rinsed thoroughly,but higher location or lower location can cause higher temperature.

reduction box function sufficiently.
lubricant oil has to be dropt and the reduction box should be cleaned after it works around 200 hours
long at first time operation ,and then lubricant oil should be added again to the center of oil leveler.
oil level that is either high or low will results in operatino temperature increase.
