1、the importance of staying healthy 2、the ways to stay healthy 3、your ideas about staying health
It's very important of staying healthy because without good health we can hardly do anything.I think we should have healthy habits to stay in good health.First,don't stay up too late.We should have enough sleep.Second,don't smoke or drink too much.Third,wash hands in time and brush our teeth at least twice every day.Besides,we should do sports every day.Such as walking after supper,swimming,playing baskteball and table tennis and so on.What's more,we should eat proper food.We'd better eat enough vegetables and fuit every day.Don't eat junk food.We should drink enough water.
2.environment
It's important for us to help protect the envionment because we have only one earth.I think we should use cloth bags instead of plastic bags.We'd better use both sides of paper and recycle and reuse the paper,bottles and so on.We should spit or little things.In sping,it's a good idea to plant more trees and flowers.We'd better go to school or work by bike instead of cars.If everyone makes a contribution to protecting the environment,our world will become more and more beautiful.
