With more importance being attached to health,people begin to search for different ways to stay healthy.Among these daily physical exercise is the best one in my view.What consideration enables it to set off from others?
First,daily physical exercise helps to build your body.One who does physical exercise every day tends to strengthen his respiratory system as well as building a strong immune system.This may keep him away from the attack of illness.Second,the concept of health concerns not only physical health but also psychological one.To do physical exercise every day may keep one in a high spirit and good mood.One is apt to behave actively and be confident of himself.This is an important source contributing to the psychological health of a person.
Daily physical exercise helps people to stay healthy from the physical aspect as well as the psychological one.Therefore,I put forward it as the best way to keep healthy.

A very lucky day
It was October 1st, 2008, the Chinese National Day. While a lot people were having fun travelling and celeberating in China, I had my own fun in the United States as well.
The first thing I did was to apply a 15000-sohu-club-points no interest loan at Sohu Finance forum. After it was approved I went straight to the slot machine gambling. At first the result was somewhat frustrating. I spent about 11000 points and only got one wedding gawn, a few bunch of lilies, two or three silver plates, quite a few pink pillows, etc. Believe it or not I even got a blue crying baby at a 100-point try. It was interesting that no Olympic Fuwa was obtained so far. I started to doubt that the Fuwas were finally removed from the slot machine.
Just by then my son finished his homework. He started wandering around and found me gambling on the computer. He insisted to try the last 4000 points himself and I agreed. Very soon he got a wedding gawn in a 20-points try. We were very excited at that. But that is not the end of story. He soon got a Huanhuan and a Jingjing and a bunch of lilies too. Then he continued with 20-points small bet each time. Suddenly a diamond ring appeared! We could not believe our eyes and started screaming. It took a few minutes for us to finally calm down.
It was certainly a very lucky day for us. We will remember it for a long time.
