该系统采用Delphi作为开发工具,MS Access作为后台数据库.文章首先阐述了管理信息系统的概念以及Delphi和数据库的应用开发的原理.接着对系统的需求进行了分析,设计了合同的立项模块、审批模块、会签模块、执行模块以及系统管理模块.实现企业及公司进行合同的输入、修改和各种查询等功能,用与企业在任何时候对合同进行操作和管理.本系统经过测试,运行稳定,使用良好.
