摘要：随着旅游业的发展,作为支撑旅游业发展一部分的酒店业也受到了极大的重视.酒店竞争优势的保障是酒店获得发展的基本条件,而良好的酒店服务能使酒店的发展越来越好.只有使酒店具有强大的竞争力,才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地.
Abstract: Along with the development of the tourism industry, the hotel industry, being a supporting part of it, has also been paid with great attention. It is a prerequisite for the development of the hotel industry to ensure its competitive advantages while a good hotel service could promote the better development of it. Only by keeping the hotel strongly competitive could it remain invincible in the fierce market competition.
本文结合相关理论与自身实践经历,以珠海御温泉云来客栈为例,对这一课题进行研究,分析酒店礼宾服务的现状和存在的问题.研究发现,云来客栈礼宾员存在工作技能不熟练、积极性不高、个性化服务体现不到位等情况,影响了酒店的口碑和形象.
Based on relevant theories and my personal practical experience, this paper, taking the Yunlai Inn of the Zhuhai Royal Spa as an example, made a research on this subject and analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the hotel concierge services. It was found in the research that there exist such problems as non-proficient skills, inadequate enthusiasm, imperfect personalized services etc. in the concierge of Yulai Inn, which affect the reputation and image of it.
针对这些问题并结合实际情况,提出了加强培训、提高员工薪酬、建立完善的奖罚制度以及管理制度等几方面的解决方案.同时通过对酒店服务礼宾服务研究,进一步阐述了礼宾服务在酒店经营管理中的地位和作用,以及其对提升宾客对酒店整体印象的影响.
Based on the actual situation, this paper proposed several solutions aiming at these problems, including strengthening training of employees, increasing employees’ salaries and establishing sound systems of reward/punishment and HR management etc. Meanwhile, by making researches on the hotel concierge services, it further explained the importance and function of concierge service in the hotel management, as well as its impact on enhancing the overall impression of the hotel in its guests.
