5、有著名大公司的工作经历，有过复杂项目的运作经验，即使要跳槽，这样的经历出手，常常鹤立鸡群，让面试人眼睛放光。如是只有小公司的工作经历，即使有较大型的项目经历，也已经逊人一筹，更何况小公司的行事随意，不顾流程、QA、文档规范等极其重要的要求，自己的工作习惯也很难入得上流社会。

3、行动、决策迅速，较少大公司易犯的官僚毛病，所谓船小好掉头。
