One day,their father went to patrol in the woods and he didn't come back until it was very late.The elder sister asked her mother to go with her sister,while she remained at home.
When their father was home,he told his wife that he had fallen into a deep pit,and was saved by a passer-by.Instead,the passer-by wanted to marry one of their daughters.
The two sisters saw that poor young man in the woods.The elder sister wouldn't like to marry that poor man.However,the young sister had to do so for the sake of their parents.
Before long,the elder sister married a rich man.The following day,lots of people from other place came,they built a splendid palace in this village.
Actually,the king,who was their father's saver,wanted to choose a queen in this village.As we know,the younger sister became the queen.
At the wedding,the sculptor sent a whole-lenght statue and said:"The younger sister is the most beautiful girl,because she has a pure soul."

A sculptor learned that a ranger in his neighbor village had two beautiful daughters, so he brought along his tools to look for them. True enough, he was overwhelmed when he saw the two equally and stunningly beautiful sisters.
One day, the ranger didn’t come home on time after his usual patrol in the woods. The elder sister asked her mother to go looking for him with her sister while she remained at home. At last the ranger came back safely and told his daughters that he had fallen into a deep pit and luckily he was saved by a passer-by; but this young man wanted to marry one of his daughters.
So the sisters went to the woods to meet the young man. The elder sister despised the poor young man and refused to marry him; the younger sister had to do so for the sake of her parents.
Later, the elder sister married a rich man. A lot of people from many places came to attend the wedding party; and the couple stayed in a splendid house which they had built in the village.
Actually, the young man who saved the sisters’ father was a king who was out looking for a good woman to be his queen. Naturally the younger sister who married him had become the queen. At the wedding ceremony, the sculptor presented a full sized statue of the younger sister as a gift and said, ”Now we know the younger sister is more beautiful because she has a pure soul!”
