摘要:为筛选适于胶东地区设施无土基质栽培的春种厚皮甜瓜品种,对 7个较新的厚皮甜瓜品种进行了栽培比较试验.结果表明:品种“天蜜”具有抗病、生长势强、果形圆正、品质好的优点,可作为本地区设施无土栽培的推广的品种; “绿宝石”果形、果色佳、叶片大、膨果快、耐弱光,仅抗病性较“天蜜”差,也可以作为选择栽培品种; 其他品种因存在抗病性太差、畸形果多、座瓜力不强等原因在该地区春季难以栽培成功.
厚皮甜瓜( C.melo( L) pang) 香甜味美,品质极佳,素有“水果皇后”之称,颇受市场欢迎.由于以往多数品种的抗病性差,在我国栽培仅限于西北少数边远地区,近几年随着育种水平的提高,在北方地区已有较大面积栽培.本试验对近几年新育成的 7 个厚皮甜瓜品种进行了春季无土基质栽培试验,旨在筛选出适宜胶东地区春季大棚栽培的品种.
方法
在钢管大棚内用三块厚的砖砌成高 15cm ,宽 50cm ,长 700cm 的栽培槽,在槽内中间挖10cm 深,20cm 宽的排水沟,槽内铺一层塑料薄膜,所用基质为莱阳金园基质厂利用造纸废渣生产的有机基质.2 月 1 日将种子在 28℃培养箱中催芽,种子露白后播入营养钵中,移入日光温室内并扣以小拱棚,夜间小拱棚覆盖草帘,从子叶展开时浇专用营养液,并调查苗期成苗率.3 月 10 日,气温稳定后定植到栽培槽中,行距 40cm ,株距 33cm ,10 个处理,每处理8 株,三次重复,随机排列.1.2.2 定植后的管理 定植后,采取大棚扣小棚 、夜间
大棚覆盖草帘的方法保温.定植三天内浇清水,其后浇专用营养液,约两天浇一次,约 1 1.5L/株·d,具体浇液量以早晨叶片吐水为度.单蔓整枝,吊蔓生长.主蔓 11~14 节位留三个子蔓结果,果实直径 3cm 时,选最优果定果,摘除其余二子蔓及果实,果前 2 片叶摘心.
结果与分析
不同品种成苗率与苗质的比较
甜瓜育苗期间,由于采取棚内密闭保温措施,使秧苗长期处于阴暗、潮湿的环境条件下,而且棚内温度极不衡定,白天棚内最高温度达 30℃,夜间最低温度一般在 8 10℃,因此,秧苗病害重,生长缓慢,成苗率低.由表 1 可看出,6 号品种“天蜜”对环境的适应性强,成苗率高,达93%; 其次 7号品种“伊特蜜”的成苗率达 67.6%; 而其它品种的成苗率均不足 50%.

Results and analysis
Different varieties of seedling rate and seedling quality
