随着房地产市场竞争的日益加剧、政府宏观调控的升级和消费者消费心态的成熟,房地产作为一种商品受其所处环境、人文、地理、政策等宏观因素以及房屋结构、质量、开发商推盘进度等诸多微观因素的影响,面临的销售压力日益增大,房地产销售人员流动率高在房地产业界己成为一个不争的事实。众所周知,21世纪的竞争是人才的竞争,人才资源正日益成为企业的核心竞争力。员工流失尤其是优秀员工的流失将影响到企业在市场上的竞争力,对企业而言甚至是致命打击。面对员工流失这样一个长期困扰企业的难题,本人以北京链家房地产经纪有限公司为蓝本,认真分析房地产销售人员流失的原因,并在此基础上进行对策研究。希望能够学以致用,服务于企业。
