如果换成后一种说法,这句话能不能改成：

总觉得这样改不对,the plane前面是不是要加点什么呢,
如果按anybody的说法，上一句中took后面其实并没有接介词或副词了。
我可以改成：
two men took up the parcel off the plane.或
two men took the parcel up off the plane.
而off the plane就应该是状语了，是可省略的，

所以综上所述我觉得如果要改就改成:
two men took the parcel out of the plane.

在Two men took the parcel off the plane. 中，off 是介词了，off the plane 是介词短语，被搂主破坏掉了，所以别扭。这里的parcel不可以放到off之后，因为Off 已经有了自己的宾语the plane.

two men took off the parcel from the plane.
take off the parcel说法是对的。
