The education system in our country have long been cultivating talents according to the same mode: Professional Education deviate society needed, and do not focus on bring up students' activities skills. College student have professional knowledge but lack well-psychological diathesis, manner and legal sense. In college, there are many professor but lack coach. A good college student should have professional knowledge and skills, professional dedication, highly learning awareness, well-plasticity, communicative co-ordination skill and basic solve problem skills. Advanced degrees and rich knowledge prepare for college students. But when they have a interview or finding a job, plenty of students who have knowledge and skills, always just miss many opportunity because of some small problems.
When college student have a interview, they will not only have regular problems, but also endure lots of problems that you can't even imagine. Company use these kind of strange interview to test and choose the person that they needed.
我国的教育体制多年来按照一种模式培养人才,专业设置脱离社会需求,不注重学生实际能力的培养.大学生有的是专业知识,缺的是良好的心理素质,礼仪和法律观念,大学里有的是教授,缺的是教练.大学生应有专业知识与技能,敬业精神,学习意识强,可塑性高,沟通协调能力和基本的解决问题的能力.高等的学历、丰富的知识为大学生就业打下了良好的基础,但在求职面试时,许多有知识、有能力的大学生,往往因为一些细小的问题而与工作失之交臂.
当今大学生进行面试时,除了常规的问题之外,还会碰到各种各样意想不到的问题,而招聘单位也正是从这些千奇百怪的面试中,选拔出他们所需要的人才.
