摘 要
我国小微型企业通过不懈的努力,发展迅速,已经具有相当的数量和一定的规模.小微型企业的快速发展有助于促进我国经济的发展和解决了就业和再就业问题.但是长期影响小微型企业快速发展的关键就是融资难这一问题.
本文对小微型企业融资的现状和融资的原因,分别从企业自身、金融体制、国家的宏观调控三方面进行分析.得出最主要的原因是社会金融体系不够完善、信用担保不够成熟、企业自身体制不健全和信用等级差.论文从界定小微型企业和融资涵义入手,运用了文献理论和层次分析方法.对小微型企业融资难进行研究目的在于,我们要结合实际国情,从企业自身抓起,以政府为主体市场为导向,建立完善的社会经济体系,解决小微型企业融资难这一问题,才能使小微型企业快速发展,促进我国经济良性循环有利于构建社会主义和谐社会.

Our country small miniature enterprise through unremitting efforts, development is rapid, have already have quite the quantity and the certain scale. The rapid development of small miniature enterprise to promote the development of our national economy and solve the employment and reemployment problem. But the long-term effects of the fast development of small miniature enterprise financing is the key to this problem.
In this paper, the present situation of the financing of small miniature enterprise and financing of reason, separately from the enterprise itself, financial system, the government's macro control three aspects are analyzed. The main reason is that social financial system are not perfect, credit guarantee wasn't mature enough, the enterprise itself system is not sound and poor credit rating. This paper define small miniature enterprise and financing connotation, use a literature theory and hierarchical analysis method. For small miniature enterprise financing for research purposes is, we should combine the actual conditions, from the enterprise itself grabbed, the government as the main body the market as the guidance, establish and improve the social economic system, solve small miniature enterprise financing this problem, can make small miniature enterprise rapid development, promoting China's economic benign circulation to construct socialist harmonious society.
