A profound change of company’s structure has been seen in recent years.The boss who is the leader of the companies,become more and more important and they can also control the whole company.So it is very necessary for them to possess the personality of patience,generous and also cautious.
It is essential that a boss must be cautious when they deal with the puzzles.The bosses who work in the company control most of the important things.Once they decide,none can change it.So one of their mistakes will make the company be in danger.If they are not cautious enough,it will bring a disaster to the company one day.So they need to deal with everything carefully.
Also,they must be generous enough to their employees.There are plenty of things under the supervisor’s control.Such as the resource of the office ,the salary of the employees,etc.a good boss can not be so selfish that they just pay for their employees just a small amount of salary or limit their resource using too much.It would make everyone in the company unhappy and people would work less effective than before so that it would affect the total income of the company.So the supervisor should be generous.
In addition,they ought to teach the new employees with their patience.Some new employees ,who will not be familiar with everything in the new place will in the first few months,will be employed every years.As a well-behave boss,they need to teach them and improve the new people with patience so that they will be easier to acclimate the circumstance.
In conclusion,a good supervisor should be patient,generous and also cautious.They will be easily successful if they have all this important qualities
