Instead,he found himself bored in conversations that revolved only around football,cars and rock music. He could not believe how little the boys in his school knew about their own country government and foreign policy. This text shows cultural difference can be occur between two nations.In this paragraph,we as a reader are been engage in Danish boy's perspective about how two cultural can have a huge difference.Jones,a Danish boy whom desired to learn more about America,and its foreign policy.And in hopes to engage in vigorous discussions about politics with his new american friends just as he did with his intelligent Danish friends at home.
However he found his American friends preferred to talk about sports,cars and rock music instead of politics.
And to his surprise,he discovers his seemingly intelligent American are actually not intelligent,since they has only a litte knowlege of
their own country government and foreign policy.
Thought this text,we can see how culture different can be a barrier to the communcation between people from different nations.And to get to know a person much better,we need to first learn about one's culture backgroud.

The cultural difference between Denmark and the U.S.A. is demonstrated in this paragraph. In which, from a Danish boy's perspective, his American classmates focus on football, cars and rock music, whereas his Danish friends have passion in discussing national and international politics. To him, his seemingly intelligent American are actually not intelligent. But he failed to notice the so-called "inteligence" actually has nothing to do with human brians, but only to be a reflection of its cultural background.
