解;1,|AC|^2=(8-5)^2+(-3-1)^2=25所以s=25π;
2,设圆的方程为(x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=R^2
∴(-1-a)^2+(5-b)^2=R^2
(5-a)^2+(5-b)^2=R^2
(6-a)^2+(-2-b)^2=R^2
解得:a=2,b=1,R^2=25
