Additional conditions
Be advised that we shall be pleased to consider the negotiation in the lc currency of documents presented under this letter of credit,fully compling with lc terms or for which discrepancies have been waived,at libor rate (for respective currency and tenor) + 2.5 percent p.a.,with a minimum perception for each drawing of eur 500 or equivalent in the currency of the lc and discount interest for account of applicant.
All the charges for account of the beneficiary as per lc terms shall be deducted from the face amount of the draft.
The beneficiary of the credit granted by cm-cic banques will deal with and take in charge all taxes,fiscal taxes and or customs taxes which could apply to himself under the said credit.If the beneficiary requests for such negotiation,kindly advise us through your documents transmittal letter.Upon receipt of a.m message,we shall be willing to negotiate the draf(s) drawn,but we reserve the right not to do so if it seems us appropriate,without having to give any reason for this action,or to submit to beneficiary new conditions for negotiating the draft (s).Otherwise the draft(s) will be paid at maturity date according to the l/c terms.
Be advised that interest will be taken by the issuing bank.
The nominated bank shall not claim negotiation interest in excess of the drawing amount.Negotiating bank's discount prior to the payment by the issuing bank,if any,are for account of beneficiary.
