摘要：伴随着我国经济的持续发展,旅游市场的不断升温,使得许多原本处于观望状态的国际品牌酒店集团也纷纷加快了对我国酒店市场的进军步伐,致使我国酒店市场出现了“国内市场国际化、国际竞争国内化”的竞争局面.目前我国90％的酒店仍为单体酒店,在国内外酒店集团迅速扩张与发展的趋势下,它们明显表现出竞争力的不足.而由于我国国内的单体酒店大多隶属于行政事业单位,它们的投资主体缺位,产权关系不清,所以对单体酒店实行以资本为联结纽带的集团化在现阶段存在着较大的障碍.为了与国内外的酒店集团相抗衡,实行单体酒店联盟便是一种较好的发展方式.
本论文首先从我国单体酒店的发展现状及障碍着手,在对其的发展现状及障碍进行分析说明的基础上,得出实行单体酒店联盟的趋势,紧接着对实行联盟的必要性及必然性作进一步分析说明,并分析指出实行联盟的几种可行方式及联盟成功应具备的要素,最后在借鉴和总结前人成果的基础上,探索性地提出了中国单体酒店联盟的创建模式.
