Our guarantee is applicable only if the candidate referred by is terminated as a result of non-performance.Our guarantee terms will be valid only if our fees and accounts are settled in full as per the invoice term.
if the employee referred by leaves within the first 90 days of employment,will replace that employee at no charge*.If a suitable replacement is not presented by and hired by your firm within 90 days after the employee’s resignation date,100% of the fee paid will be credited to your account for use within 12 months of the credit note.
If the replaced employee is hired at a higher salary,the employer will then be billed the difference.No cash refunds will be made.
5.Terms
These terms will be effective on the date when both parties have signed the contract and will be open until further notice.However,either party shall mutually have the right to terminate the contract with one month written notice.
HotelsHR takes all reasonable care in the selection of a candidate to client,it cannot accept any liability either in contract or tort or any loss or damage arising as a result of the introduction including,but not limited to,any claim for loss of profit arising directly or indirectly from any act or omission of any candidate introduced by HotelsHR,even in the event that such act is negligent,fraudulent or dishonest,or arises from the candidate's lack of skill,capability or qualifications.

7.Confidentiality
shall retain in strictest confidence,and shall not use for the benefit of itself or others,except for the client or candidates,all confidential matters known to relating to the business and operations of the client learned by formerly or hereafter,and shall not disclose them to anyone except to candidates or upon the client express prior written consent.shall take reasonable steps to ensure that all of its employees shall be bound and shall respect this duty of confidentiality.This duty of confidentiality shall NOT apply if can reasonably demonstrate that such confidential matters have entered into the public domain.
The introduction effected by to a client is confidential and not for dissemination to any third party.Thus no introduction shall be made by the client of any candidate to any third party and in the event that any such introduction is affected howsoever,the client shall be responsible to meet the fees of as if the candidate has been employed by the client direct.
In the event that the client or the candidate elect to enter into a business relationship other than that of employer and employee,e.g.by way of amalgamation,association or partnership,shall be entitled to a fee not less than that which would have been payable of the original job specification.

通过向客户实施的引进是保密的,而不是为传播给任何第三方.因此,没有引进的,由任何候选人向任何第三方客户端和在引进任何此类事件作出不论是受影响的,当事人应当负责满足犹如候选人已经由客户直接聘用的费用.
