目的:应用挤出滚圆法制备二甲双胍微丸, 研究微丸制备的最佳工艺和处方,为缓控释微丸的制作奠定基础.方法:应用挤出滚圆造粒机制备二甲双胍微丸; 采用单因素考察和正交设计筛选最优化处方及工艺条件;同时对微丸的粉体学性质、收率和体外溶出度进行评价.结果: 用挤出滚圆法制备的二甲双胍微丸圆整度较好, 大小均匀, 收率较高, 体外溶出比较的迅速.结论:挤出滚圆法制备二甲双胍微丸工艺简便易行, 制得的微丸质量好, 获得满意的效果.

Abstract
Purpose:Using the method of extrusion spheronization to make metformin pellets and researching the best process and prescription of making pellets in order to lay the foundation of making pellets in slow release.
Method: making the metformin pellets by using the extrusion-spheronization granulation mechanism; using the single factor and orthogonal design method to select the best prescription and process condition; evaluating the pellets‘ powder on the properties、 yield and the in vitro dissolution too.
Result: Pellets of metformin which are made by the extrusion-spheronization granulation mechanism have good roundness、 size uniformity、 high yield and more rapid dissolution
Conclusion:Using the method of extrusion spheronization to make metformin pellets is sample
and can get pellets in good quality and obtain satisfactory results
