This issue is mainly about the school system which seperates students into different grades by the age.This method is firstly mentioned by England,and be used by many countries nowadays.Primary education contains the five or six years old kids which the teachers always provide some self contained classes and basic knowledges to the students.And after 5 or 6 years,the students will be able to take part in the junior school.Students will learn many new subjects and basic knowledges of these subjects.At grade 9 or 10,the students will enter the senior school education and learn more academic ideas of each subject.After the secondary education,students will be able to finish their study or join the college .
This school system has been used for so many years and already accepted by many different areas,but thier are still problems.Firstly,the students in the same age may have different level of maturity.For example,for some young students,they may have more ideas than the same age pupil,but they are not able to receive the higher level education.Secondly,some students may not suit to enter the school in the average age,others may want to take part in school system in a early age.So it's not suitable to set the age to limit these students enter the school.

是综合作文吗?还是独立作文?独立作文的话感觉至少要把段落分出来哦~我也在准备.呵呵.连词and不要用太多,尤其是句首的and看起来很不好的~~~感觉你的不是独立写作,综合写作的话,你要注意不要写reading passage里的内容太多,重点是listening passage以及它和reading passage的关系~~~reading的内容写的越多是要扣分的,给ETS评卷老师不好印象.
