摘要:随着金融危机的发生,许多企业均受到不同程度的影响,这给企业的发展和职工权益的维护带来了一定的挑战:企业劳资关系紧张,劳资纠纷日益增多,出现了“深圳富士康十二连跳”、“丰田工厂工人罢工求加薪”等现象.工资集体协商是我国社会主义市场经济条件下,协调企业劳动关系、维护劳动者合法权益的一种重要的维权方式.充分认识工资集体协商工作的重要性和必要性、积极探索开展这项工作的有效途径,对于建立并完善工资集体协商制度十分重要.本文以广东省惠州市惠城区为例,针对惠城区工资集体协商制度的实施情况、存在的问题以及原因进行全面的分析,并在立法、司法、行政方面提出相应的解决方法.
英文摘要:With the happening of financial crisis,many enterprises are subject to the influence of different level.It takes challenges to the the development of the enterprise and the maintenance of the rights of the laborers:the contradictions between enterprise and laborers are increasing,such as "the suicide of 12 wokers of Shenzhen Foxconn ","the strike of Toyota factory workers for a raise of wages".Recently,the system of collective consultation on wages is an important means that China coordinates and safeguards laborers’legitimate rights and interests under a socialist market economy.We should understand its importance and necessity,actively explore an effective way of realizing this consultation ,so that we could build and perfect the system of collective consultation on wages .

with the occurance of the financial crisis, lots of enterprises are subject to the its influence in different levels, which also brings some certain challenges in enterprise development and labors' rights maintenance :the relation between enterprise and labors is intensified, and their contradictions are also increasing, such as "the suicide of 12 wokers of Shenzhen Foxconn ", "the strike of Toyota factory workers for a raise ". Recently, the system of collective consultation on wages in china is a significant means to coordinate and safeguard labors’legitimate rights and interests under the socialist market economy.We should fully understand its importance and necessity,and actively explore an effective way of realizing this consultation ,so that we could estabish even perfect the system of collective consultation on wages .
