Recently,there is an intense debate about that whether the colleges or universities should offer students a better job preparation before they start working.Some individuals advocate that it is good because it is both benefit to students,school and society.However,a large number of opponents have an opposite opinion.I am concerned that there are many adventures if the school does that.
First and foremost,it can benefit the students.With school being the last stop before they enter society,students urgently need help from the school to prepare them better for the job market.For instance,some students whose major is biology,they can go to the lab before they graduate.Then,when they get into the society and attend to the company,they can easy to understand the technology.
Furthermore,from this way,the school can achieve many benefits.If a school's graduates can fin ideal jobs,this will boost the school's reputation among its potential applicants and can thus attract better students.Take my university for example,when I get into the school,I know that there are many famous persons are my schoolmate,and then I will talk to my friends,my parents.And this can attract more children to choose my university.
Last but not least,the school do that can help the students to make better transition from school to workplace,thus provide more qualified workers with both needed skills and mental readiness,it can improve the productivity of the society.Such as my best friend Tom,when he in the university,he attended the school's preparation activity,and improved his communicate and organization skills,so when he do his job,he has a big advantage.And achieve many good opportunities in his company.
All in all,I intend to stand on the side that school should offer students a better job preparation.For the reasons of that is benefit for students,school and society.

结构什么都挺好,注意一些语法错误,和句子间的逻辑连接词,还有一些run-on哦.如果这样的话,可以的一个fair（3.5）以上的分数.比fair要高,但如果给你good就有点勉强.综合写作怎么样啊
