1.written invitation就是邀请函,不用加letter,太中国化了.
2.congress改为conference或meeting

4.第一句是串句,语法错误.逗号后加and或改为限定性定语从句.

基本没什么错误，但是我觉得We will have 3 people 中的have 可以换成send派遣 比较好吧...因为直接说我们有三个人....是比较中国式的说法。

我觉得除了把A, B, C. 可以改为A,B and C，最后的祝福改为“Best wishes”外，没什么好说的，你很强。
