摘要:本文主要是研究用半纤维素酶为底物水解壳聚糖从而得到低分子量的壳聚糖.壳聚糖是天然糖中唯一大量存在的碱性氨基多糖,具有许多特殊的物理化学性质和生理功能,在纺织、印染、造纸、食品、化工、环保、农业及医药等领域都有很高的实用价值.但由虾蟹壳制得的壳聚糖分子量很大,不能直接溶于水,其实际应用功能受到了很大的限制.故低分子量壳聚糖的制备受到了许多学者的重视.本实验主要是通过观察半纤维素酶水解壳聚糖后得到还原糖的量来找出其最适反应温度,最适pH值,最适反应时间以及酶的活性等.

This paper is mainly used on semi-cellulose hydrolysis chitosan as the substrate to be low-molecular-weight of the chitosan.Chitosan is the only natural sugar and there are a lot of basic amino polysaccharide,with many special physical and chemical properties and physiological functions,in the textile,printing and dyeing,paper,food,chemical,environmental protection,agriculture and medicine and other fields have High practical value.However,from shrimp Xieqiao system in the molecular weight of the chitosan great,can not directly dissolve in water,its practical applications are a lot of restrictions.Therefore,the low-molecular-weight chitosan by many scholars of the attention.This study mainly through the observation of semi-Chitosan after cellulose hydrolysis by the amount of reducing sugar to find its optimum temperature,the optimum pH,and the optimum time for the activity of enzymes.
