本文从旅游业发展过程入手,挖掘我国旅游可持续发展中现存的问题,揭露发展风险,并对其存在的原因给予了分析,提出解决问题及规避风险的途径,并对旅游业可持续发展提出相关建议,引用国内外旅游开发实例进行实证分析,使其具有一定的理论水平和现实意义.
本文的框架包括五个部分：第一部分是导论,主要论述了本文的选题背景、国内外研究现状以及本文的研究方法；第二部分主要是有关旅游可持续发展与环境管理的综述,包括可持续发展及环境管理的基本认知；第三部分是对旅游可持续发展与环境管理当下的现状进行介绍,并对其中存在的问题进行分析；第四部分是介绍国内外在旅游可持续发展与环境管理方面做出的实践及经验,并结合这些实例对我国在旅游可持续发展与环境管理发展方面提出自己的建议；最后一部分是本文的结论.

With the flourishing of our economy, tourism is also developing steadily. However, many problems have appeared along with the growth of tourism; they are worthy of considerations from experts.
This paper starts with the developmental process of tourism, and brings to light some of its existing problems that may continue to be of hindrance. In addition, this paper also aims to disclose and analyse the existence of developmental risks, as well as provide opinions toward the continual development of tourism using both national and international examples to establish proficiency and realism.
The frame of this paper includes five parts, the first of which is introduction. Introduction provides background information, both national and international research progresses as well as the research methods used here. The seconds portion is a summary of the steadfast tourism and environmental development management, including the fundamental knowledge. The third part introduces the current stage of tourism and environmental development management, and analyses the existing problems. The fourth part provides an introduction of information gained from national and international tourism and environmental development management researches and trials. From these, my opinions will be put forth. The last part of the paper is conclusion.
